Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Hathi Labs Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U72900KA2022PTC165995), at 1st Floor, No. 3, 50ft Road, Laggere Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560058. By using the site you accept these terms.
The demonstration is illustrative
The product demonstration on this site runs on invented data. Every company name, figure, message, queue item and document in it is fictional and exists to show how the software behaves. None of it describes a real customer, and no number in it is a performance claim.
Keel is early and privately deployed. Nothing on this site is a warranty that a particular feature exists today, will exist later, or will behave the same way in your business. What your instance would actually hold is something we work out with you in a session.
Requesting a session
Submitting the form is a request, not a booking, and it does not create a contract between us. We may decline. If what you need is not something Keel is right for, we will say so. Anything we agree to do for you will be set out in a separate written agreement.
Please send accurate details, and do not submit confidential information through the form. Keep confidential material for the session itself.
What belongs to us
The content, design, text, images, code and the Hathi Labs and Keel names and marks on this site belong to Hathi Labs Private Limited. You may read, link to and share the pages. You may not copy the site or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.
Availability
We make the site available as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
