Who we are

This site is operated by Hathi Labs Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U72900KA2022PTC165995), at 1st Floor, No. 3, 50ft Road, Laggere Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560058. Keel is a product of Hathi Labs.

This site sets no cookies

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising tags or third-party analytics. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you elsewhere. The pages are static files and load no scripts from other companies, so no third party sees your visit.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs, which include IP addresses, as part of operating and securing the service. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you.

What we collect

Only what you type into the session request form, and only if you choose to submit it:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your work email address
• The kind of business you run
• Whatever you describe as the thing that breaks most often

Why we collect it, and for how long

We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and arrange a working session. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and up to twenty-four months afterwards so that we have context if you come back to us. After that we delete them.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider, and the email and business-tool providers we use to read and reply to your message. They process it on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. We do not transfer your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the registered address above and we will act on it. If you would rather we simply forgot the whole enquiry, say so and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
